Evidence based management is most often used as a problem solving approach. Describe a situation you have experienced or observed that you believe would benefit from an evidence based management approach.  Was an evidence base management approach practiced and were there any downsides to this approach?  If evidence based management was not used, why not? Explain your position and give examples.
