Reflect on the draft you created in your Learning Journal for the best case scenario plan and use that as the basis for your recommendations. The student outcomes described in the first deliverable should align with the Instructional Coaching recommendations in this deliverable. As you are creating your final version for this summative, be certain you include all the areas you addressed in the draft, but you should also include additional research from the professional literature, and at least one professional organization related to curriculum or instruction to support your evaluation and rationale. As the more in-depth and long-term version of your Instructional Coaching plan recommendations, the strength of your insights and knowledge of the sources to support your assertions must be clearly articulated at a doctoral level.

Be sure to include the following in the communication of your plan:

● How to implement the coaching process from the ground up.

● The alignment of this plan with other initiatives or grants in place.

● The rationale for the necessary resources to hire, develop, and communicate Instructional Coaching goals.

APA style and formatting should be followed
