Last week, you conducted a job analysis on a job you chose from the Case Study Interactive media and created a job description. For this week’s Project, you will develop a recruitment and selection plan for the job you analyzed last week.

By Day 7

Submit a 2- to 3-page response to the following:

  • Describe optimal selection methods.
  • What cultural, ethical, and legal implications need to be considered in selection?
  • How would you implement and evaluate your selection process?
• Recruitment: 
  • What would make you recruit people internally versus externally?
  • What sources would you use to recruit and why?
  • How would you evaluate the effectiveness of your recruitment strategy?
