Companies around the world seek to recruit and retain the best talent using various methods. Examine and analyze 1 to 2 businesses, on the list of Fortune 500 companies, and discuss information about the recruitment practices utilized (e.g., use of e-recruitment, headhunters, social media, pre-recruitment assessments, detail in job descriptions, etc.). After providing information about these businesses and their recruitment methods, analyze why you believe these recruitment methods are effective/ineffective.
