Recommend a Transparent Approach

Organizations must become transparent to not only stakeholders, but also the community in which the organization resides.

Using the same organization you identified for the first week’s assignment, prepare a detailed analysis of any activities that are currently taking place that could damage the organization's public image if they were to be publicly revealed. If transparency is not an issue for your organization, identify an organization in the research that was not transparent. Assess the organization’s communication techniques to predict negative outcomes that may result from not acting in a transparent manner. Then, develop a series of recommendations that could be put in place to move the organization towards becoming totally transparent.

Support your analysis with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
