Readmission letter WELL COMPOSED.

I need someone that can write a readmission letter for a university saying that I started to take classes in the university in FALL 2017 but I wasnt able to started the right way due to personal situations (including death and personal illness). Also that I took the FALL 2018 semester off because I felt I needed to so everything in my life can be in order but now I feel ready to look forward and continue my classes this upcoming summer in a very enthusiastic way but if there an possibility in which I can start before since I am not a new student it would be great.
