You should respond to one or more of the following THEMES:

1. Contextualise the reading: assess how it contributes to its field. To help you do this, take up the core issues and concepts raised in the lecture and other readings.

2. Evaluate the clarity of the text. What is the author arguing?

3. Discuss the author's use of sources. How do his/her chosen materials enhance the scope and usefulness of the reading?
