Here is a question to respond to in this week’s readings.  Give a 400 words response

 After reading two of your primary sources, Cholera - Report of College of Physicians  from 1832 and "Cholera!"issued by the New York [city] Board of Health in 1865,  what do you observe about their ideas of cholera and of the public responses that are required at these two points, 30 years and 3 epidemics apart?
