reading notes

Please read pages 177-182 , write one page reading note and should include the following :

a) what is the essay about

b) what is its particular significance to the study of the global

c) why do you find it signifiant?

The first two questions get to your reading of the essay as a reflection on the global. The third question is an opportunity for you to express your evaluation of the piece.(the notes can be no more than a paragraph.
