• Chapter 2 - Leadership Trait Questionnaire (LTQ)
• Chapter 3 - Skills Inventory

Briefly describe each theory, and assess your score on the individual assessment. Then, summarize the findings as a whole and if you feel they are accurate. How would this information be helpful to you as a leader, and in your organizations? Post a 500 word response to this question.
