Reading article(summary and response)

For this forum, you will have both an initial response post of around 200 - 250 words and two response posts of around 100 - 150 words.

In your initial post, please discuss the readings from Harris and Slouka. You can question their claims, highlight differences, add to their discussion of education, or agree with them and expand upon their conclusions. But don't just summarize the reading. And don't just mention them in passing. Demonstrate sustained and thoughtful engagement.

With your response posts, engage your classmates critically. You may disagree or agree with your classmates, but take the conversation somewhere. Do not tell your classmates how much you "loved" or "enjoyed" their posts. Definitely no empty praise like "great post!" or the like. Continue the conversation. Engage. Question. Affirm. But do so critically and thoughtfully.
