reading and answer the questions

I have two reading and I need to answer three question. Two(question 1 and2) questions should be answered from reading one(George  2000 ) and the third question from the second reading(Goleman 2014). I will attache the readings. 

Questions for first reading (George  2000 ):

1-Based on the reading, what are the elements of an effective leader, and in what ways does emotional intelligence help leaders carry out these elements?

2-Based on the reading, how could leadership effectiveness be impacted by positive moods and negative moods. Please explain the pros and cons of each mood.

Question for reading two (Goleman 2014):

3-Based on the reading, what are the two types of empathy and how are they both important in leadership?
