Race, class, and gender disparities are reflected in who gets defined as criminal or deviant. Provide TWO historical examples of how race connected to differential outcomes within the criminal justice system (20pts). Then provide TWO contemporary examples of racial disparities within the criminal justice system. Be sure to EXPLAIN or offer a description of your examples so that it is clear to the reader "why/how" the examples you provide illustrate a racialized criminal justice system.
