1.) One of the findings from both the GAO and CRS regarding the Food & Agriculture sector is that the USDA and FDA lack coordination in their combined efforts to implement the policies outlined in HSPD-9. It was proposed that these efforts should be centralized under DHS. Do you agree? What would be the pros and cons of this proposed change?

2.) What do you think is the most likely or serious threat or hazard confronting the Food & Agriculture sector? Is it agroterrorism, EMA/food fraud, or something else? Who would be the most likely aggressors in cases of intentional contamination of food supplies?
