Questions need to be answered for Master application

  one of my friends want to apply for master degree in Project management and he has to answer these questions, (Each question should be answered in short paragraph not more than 300 words).

1- Describe and analyze one (1) key business, or personal, or life achievement.

2- Describe and analyze one (1) key business, or personal, or life failure you have experienced.

3-Describe and analyze one (1) important leadership event you have experienced

4-   What are the courses in the curriculum of this Master that draw your attention the most, and why?
