1.     In 1972, something unthinkable happened when the plane crashed in the Andes, leaving 16 members of the flight to fight for their lives and determine the best methods for survival. Read the article below and discuss how leadership came about in this scenario and why it is different from and similar to a typical corporate leadership stance.

2.    The name of our course is titled "innovative leadership" and thinking about what we have discussed thus far, what does this mean? There are many different types of leadership and many ways that we can accept and look at leadership in terms of styles and traits, but what does it mean to be "innovative" in leadership?
