According to W.E.B Du Bois,  double consciousness  refers to a person’s awareness of his or her own perspective and the perspective of others. It is like looking at the same thing in different ways. Double consciousness makes it possible to shift your perspective back and forth continuously. 

Given everything we have discussed so far, do you think double consciousness is possible? Why or why not?
