 In your textbook, Pollock describes an aspect of police culture deemed “noble cause corruption.” Based on the readings in the book and your review of the Dirty Harry video, do you feel this type of corruption is ever acceptable in order to protect society from dangerous criminals? What if torture was used to get a terrorist to reveal plans to bomb a major city?
