EMPLOYEE DID A SHIFT BID FOR SCHEDULE.  ON THE BID EVERY MONTH END THEY HAVE ROTATING SCHEDULING WORKING MIDNIGHT ,

ONCE THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED HER BID SCHEDULE

DECIDED TO WORK ON EVERY SATURDAY OFF SUNDAY WHICH THE COMPANY IS CLOSED. 

BID SCHEDULE

OFF SUNDAY MONDAY

WORK TUESDAY THRU FRIDAY 11 AM TO 8 PM AND SATURDAY’S 8 TO 5PM

SO EMPLOYEE COSED ON MID NIGHT WORKING 3 PM TO 12 AM MONTHS OF FEB, MAY AUGUST, NOVEMBER.

THE EMPLOYEE SEEN HER SCHEDULE NOTICE THAT SHE WILL BE WORKING LAST MONTH IN MARCH 11 TO 8 WHICH SHE DID ADDRESS WITH HER SUPVERISOR.

SUPERVISOR SAID NOTHING SHE CAN DO BUT THE EMPLOYEES SAID THERE IS AGREEMENT ON SCHEDULE.

IS THERE SOMETHING EMPLOYEE CAN DO ABOUT THIS WORKING ON SATURDAYS EACH END OF MONTH 11 TO 8 BUT BID SHOWS 8 TO 5 PM
