Question 1 Resources and Reflective Paper

 Write a two-to-three page Reflective Paper where you will summarize the data, pointing out anything you found that might have surprised you, noting circumstances that may be reflected in the data, and other pertinent comments.Be sure to include the NC Standards for School Executives. Please make sure you underline each standard that is described in your paper as well.

Once again, just to reiterate the parameters for the reflective paper: Summarize the data, pointing out anything you found that might have surprised you, circumstances that may be reflected in the data (for example, if there is a high percentage of absenteeism, what might be the reason, etc.) and anything else you wish to include. It is important that you demonstrate quality as well as your ability to begin to synthesize the data as you move toward your Action Plan for Continuous School Improvement.
