Here is our goal.

Based on the data we have, here is where I think we will land. 

(Our goal may or may not be in there.)

Analyze the problem, here is how we can fix it. 

Don’t force the data to fit my problem. 

Look at my data and run a confidence interval. 

Does this subset tell me that we’re going to reach that goal. 

If it does, if I’m 95% (.95) confident that my goal is going to be in that range.

Ok...well what else could be a problem?
