Instructions: 

1. Choose a quality improvement initiative from a healthcare organization that can be a real-world example from professional experience.
   
   
2. Develop a PowerPoint presentation (10 short slides) that evaluates the selected quality improvement initiative. The presentation should include the following components: 
   • Overview of the Initiative: A brief introduction to the quality issue addressed, the methodology used, and its relevance to patient outcomes and costs. 
   • Quality Issue Analysis: Discuss the significance of the quality issue in terms of patient outcomes and costs, using systems thinking to explore its components within the healthcare system. 
   • Methodology Analysis: Explain the chosen quality improvement framework (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) and justify its relevance to the initiative. Discuss its application in enhancing patient care and addressing cost concerns. 
   • Impact Evaluation: Present data and metrics demonstrating the initiative’s effectiveness regarding changes in patient care quality and associated costs. 
   • Future Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations for further improvement, focusing on sustaining quality enhancements while managing costs.
