Qualitative Methodology Paper!

Write an individual progress report (900 words) of the methodological background and status quo/progress of the qualitative/interpretive study of your intended thesis. The report must also include ontological and epistemological positioning of your planned research, and a brief outline of the theoretical background chosen for your thesis. The report necessitates referencing to specific sources and methods of data collection/analysis

So, my intended dissertation will be about (Leadership and Decision Making in time of crisis) and Planning to use Qualitative method for it. So in this short paper, I need your help with ontological and epistemological positioning...etc as it shows on the assignment task
