QSO 435 Module Four Short Paper Guidelines and Rubric
In Module Four, you learned about the Agile approach. For this activity, you are tasked to create a short written paper sometimes called a “fact sheet” or “information paper” that will present and defend the use of Agile. The vice president of Operations is concerned about the proposed approach of using Agile. In this information paper, you will describe the differences between Agile and waterfall. You will highlight the impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile. Specifically, you must explain how business requirements are captured in traditional project management versus how they are captured in Agile/Scrum project management. The VP of Operations is the target audience for this information paper. In your paper, you will:
- Keep your paper format to no more than two pages in APA format.
- Present and defend the Agile approach.
- Describe the differences between the Agile and waterfall approaches.
- Explain Agile’s impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile.
