A billing error at SeeMoji (9753 Livernois, Troy, MI 48311) has been brought to your attention.  On January 4, a customer (Judy Baley, 20100 Pleasant St., Miami, FL 15789) purchased a $1 10-pack of emojis but was charged $100 due to a temporary glitch in the system.  Write a letter to the customer explaining that the error occurred and has been corrected.  The customer should see the $100 credit and new charge for $1 on her credit card statement.   Apologize for the error and thank her for her for her business.  Use correct letter format as shown on the last page of the Style Guide
