In Week 1, you completed the research analysis of your PR strategy plan for Rock Pic School. This week, you must create a strategy for the following three areas that the school wishes to engage in: media relations, consumer relations, and special events or promotions.

Tasks:

Using Microsoft PowerPoint, create a PR strategy for Rock Pic School. Your plan must include the following:

• The primary goal for the PR strategy
• A message plan:
  • What is the message to communicate?
  • Who is the target audience for the message?
  • What is the message description?
  • Who is delivering the message?
• A tactical plan:
  • An executive summary
  • At least two tactics for each of the three types of PR areas the school will be engaging in
• The desired outcome of the strategy

Place the highlights on the slides and the complete description or analysis in the speaker’s notes area of the presentation.

Deliverable:

• Create a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation of at least 7 slides.
• Use proper MLA formatting for your document and source citations.
