Public Health Assignment

• Draft two, 30 second Public Service Announcements (PSA) about immunizations, one for Healthcare professionals and one for the public. Present your findings and PSAs in a presentation.

Requirements

The presentation should be visually appealing and should include the following sections:

• A cover slide with your name and presentation title (1 slide)
• An overview of both YouTube videos from a health perspective including:
  • General overview of the video (1-2 slides for each video OR 4 slides total)
  • Facts presented in the video (follow sample chart attched for formatting this section)
  • Identification of each fact as true or false (follow sample chart below for formatting this section)
  • Evidence supporting or refuting the true/false claim (follow sample chart below for formatting this section)
  • Source of evidence (follow sample chart below for formatting this section)
• One 30 second PSA for the public
  • PSA must be either VIDEO or AUDIO
  • PSA must reflect masters level learning and not common knowledge
  • PSA for the public should present epidemiological information and data while using language that is easily understood
• One 30 second PSA for Healthcare Providers
  • PSA must be either VIDEO or AUDIO
  • PSA must reflect masters level learning and not common knowledge
  • PSA for the Healthcare providers should present epidemiological information using appropriate epidemiological terms

• Each slide should have a clear title indicating the focus of the slide
