Week 5 Assignment: Analyze Constitutional Powers of the Executive to Explore Policy Approval Processes 

This assignment will be in the form of a blog. The blog should:

• Analyze the constitutional powers of the President to      prepare and present an annual budget for congressional approval; and
• Evaluate the function of the Office of Management and      Budget (OMB), including any issues you see that need resolving. Compare      those powers with those in other nations with regards to public budgeting.

Length of blog: 5-7 pages
