Five Views: Part 2 – Paper Assignment Instructions
Overview
You will write a 3 – 5 page paper in current APA format that discusses the five viewpoints presented by Johnson (2010).
Instructions
The paper must address the following:
· A concise description of the five viewpoints presented by Johnson (2010) in Psychology and Christianity: Five Views.
· A discussion of the key similarities and differences among the five views as outlined by the five issues that distinguish the views. Please be concise in describing what you consider the key points of distinction among the views.
· A discussion of what view you most align with and why. Provide support from Scripture or research for why you have chosen the viewpoint you have chosen.
The paper must also include a title page and reference page in current APA format. The paper must include an introduction and conclusion in addition to the body as outlined above. The title page and reference page are not included in the 3 – 5 page requirement.

Five Views: Part 1 – Spreadsheet Assignment Instructions
Overview
To help you prepare to write the Five Views: Part 2 – Paper Assignment, you must complete the Five Views: Part 1 – Spreadsheet Template to organize the key elements of each of the five views presented by Johnson (2010) in Psychology and Christianity: Five Views.
Instructions
Using the Excel spreadsheet template provided, you must describe how each of the five views addresses the five issues that distinguish the viewpoints. Please see the description of the five issues in Chapter 1 prior to beginning this assignment. It is recommended that you complete the spreadsheet throughout Module 1: Week 1 to Module 4: Week 4, as you are reading the views each week. You must include enough detail on the spreadsheet to provide a clear description of how each view falls on each issue. You are expected to use your own words and not copy sections from the book. Your completed spreadsheet must be concise and demonstrate that you have a clear understanding of how the five views stand on the five issues.
