In what ways can mental imagery be used to improve performance in both professional and nonprofessional athletes?

Parameters

· Both the initial response (DQ) and the response (DR) posts must have at least one citation with accompanying reference following APA format (while you may use your textbook, your postings must include at least one source outside of, or in addition to, your textbook)
