Use Microsoft Project to create a project budget and a project schedule. You first develop your project schedule. Then, you include the budget for all the project-related costs. Include costs for each task in your project schedule, with a minimum of 20 line items in the schedule.

Complete the following steps for this assignment:

1. Create your project schedule in Microsoft Project. Include tasks, durations, dependencies, resources, and a Gantt chart.

2. Develop a budget in Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel that includes the cost for each task, as well as subtotals and a total cost. 

3. Add references to your project budget and schedule in the Project Plan Template.

4. Create the executive summary for your project plan.

· Note that it should explain who, what, where, when, why, and how.

· Be sure to include:

· Project summary and benefits.

· Project start and completion dates (or duration).

· Estimated project cost.

· Resources needed and supporting evidence.

5. Submit your final project plan, including your executive summary, budget, and schedule.

Additional Requirements

Your assignment should also meet the following requirements:

· Written communication: Ensure written communication is free of errors that detract from the overall message.

· Length: Use the Project Plan Template. 

· Font and font size: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.

· Submission: Submit your final project plan with all sections completed.
