To complete this journal assignment, you will take a self-assessment. You will then be asked to reflect on the aspects and results of it.

There are many personality tests available to use for personal and professional use. To complete this assignment, first choose one of the following self-assessments to take:

• Jungian/Myers-Briggs Personality Test
• Holland Personality Test

Next, identify which test you took. In your journal assignment, reflect on the following aspects of the assessment:

• Was the question selection fair?
• Did any of the test questions have bias?
• Were your results what you expected?
• What was the overall experience of taking the test?

What to Submit

Your journal submission should be one to two paragraphs in length. Submit the assignment as a Microsoft Word document with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Be sure to cite any references in APA format.
