Your first learning resource this week was to read Chapter 6: Ability and Achievement . The first three prompts can be found in that resource as well as in the Sex Differences article. The last two can be found in the Gender and Sexual Orientation article .
In at least 1 paragraph, (1) describe the sex differences present in the anatomy of the biological male and female and (2) how those differences affect function (eg. cognition, etc).
Additionally, in at least 2 paragraphs, (3) discuss gender issues in academic achievement, motivation, and teacher expectations, the implications of each, and ideas about how improvements can be made.
Finally, in your own words, define (4) gender stereotypes and compulsory heterosexuality and (6) discuss ways to combat each. This section should be at least 1 - 2 paragraphs.
