Chapter 7 Quiz is due by 11:59pm on 2/24/19

This week we will review Personal Communication Effectiveness.  The chapter focuses on the importance of non-verbal communication (which often influences people more than what we actually say), barriers to good communication, and tips for improving communication. 

The midterm exam is going to be up the next week, so it might be helpful to take a little time to review the chapters again.

Thank you for your patience last week as I caught up, and also for the kind expressions of sympathy for the loss of my mother-in-law.  I have graded all journals.  I will grade your quizzes Monday evening.  I will then finish up grading and responding to your "What's Your Passion?" posts.
