Extroverts and introverts are motivated by different needs.  Our books refers to this as “energizing”. What energizes 

extroverts?  What energizes introverts?

If you offered to give me $1000 to go on a roller coaster I would decline.  Nope.  Never.  Other people might pay 

$20 and wait in line for the opportunity because they absolutely love it.  What theory of motivation best explains human differences here?
