In your first discussion this week, build on your last week's example and what would be the roles and responsibilities of your identified public/private partnership. How does the relationship improve service delivery and impact the cost of doing business? Also, since the relationship is to support the community, is the risk now shared and how do we make sure this partnership is transparent?
