Prosecutors
Prosecutors are held to high ethical standards, just as other attorneys. Unfortunately, sometimes those ethics are breached. Cases have been overturned due to prosecutorial misconduct; this often includes prosecutors withholding exculpatory evidence (or evidence that would tend to prove a defendant not guilty).
