Subject:  Report Proposal Regarding the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency 

Proposed Study 

 I am proposing to study the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. Colleges offer various degree plans, but students and graduates do not know all the opportunities that are offered within their scope of study. Researching job opportunities during college and upon completion of a degree helps people find what exactly they want to do with their degree and an idea of where they would like to work.   

 Statement of Problem 

 During my two and half years working as a Geospatial Engineer in the United States Army I attended the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency for my Advanced Individual Training. Since attending the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency I have been interested in the jobs offered there. Not many people know about this company, but this company is located in more than one state. The NGA also offers a variety of jobs. Many jobs are not as easy to come by as others are and this study will provide information on a company that is not that familiar to many students in my program.  

 Scope of Proposed Study 

 I will explore the following issues: 

1.       Benefits offered by the NGA 

2.       National Geospatial Intelligence Agency salaries 

3.       Job positions offered by the NGA 

4.       General information about the NGA and its locations 

Methods and Data Sources 

 My data sources will rely solely on information provided from the Fayetteville Technical Community College library as well as other public libraries in the surrounding area. My other data sources will rely on information provided by the NGA. My methods will include research to answer any questions anyone may have in regards to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
