Length: 2-3 pages, double-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font and MLA format. You must include a “Works Cited” page. The Works Cited page is not included in the word count. You must use correct MLA format for in-text (parenthetical) citations.

You will write a position paper based on an Apple vs FBI debate and relation between 4th amendment. Be sure to back your position with evidence. You must include one (1) source from an opposing viewpoint and refute the argument.

Source limit: Two (2) popular sources and one (1) scholarly source. Ethos,pathos,logos needs to be used.

Thesis statement.

Second paragraph have to talk about uses of pathos,logos, ethos in this debate.
