I am looking for someone who can help me write the P H D proposal. I have already chosen the subject it will be (The Usage of drones in peace and in war). In peace, there are some issues reagrding human rights law. In war, there are some issues regarding the international humanitarian law. 

The proposal must be 10 to 15 pages long.
