For this assignment, you will play the role. of dean for ABC University, a non-profit university that uses only online delivery of their courses. You have been asked by the University’s President to craft a proposal to help with student retention. You will examine all possible reasons for the lull in attendance and longevity of students. Because you have noticed a decline in faculty evaluation ratings, you decide to look at the performance of your faculty and base most of your proposal on faculty and support staff. l. Include pertinent data tables or graphs to justify what you are proposing.
