• A large fundraiser idea and outline for implementation
• 2 Competencies that need to be addresses for success
• 2 Learning Objectives related to each Competency as applicable.
• The team may pick your areas of opportunity you all want to address based on your observations and completing community service projects.
• The team may also use hand-outs, the library, the internet and any other available resources to back up theories and suggestions (but you cannot exclusively use just one of these sources, e.g., the internet).

The manual will include appropriate quality and referencing.  The topic of this manual is to be directly related to the chosen competencies and examples of media, customer targets, goal for amount to fund and outstanding expenses that could be incurred.
