 Given the scenario below, describe the project risk monitoring and control system that you would put in place to effectively monitor and control risks for this project. 

Scenario

You are the project manager of a general contractor firm hired to implement a new 150 Megawatt wind park in Michigan that must be permitted, designed, engineered, constructed and put in service within 18 months. The wind park will be built on the farming land of three farm owners in northern Michigan. Temporary access roads will need to be built to transport large equipment on farm land, as well as provide access for maintenance by the client once they take ownership of the wind farm. Wind turbines are long lead-time procurement items and require special transportation arrangements over highways and roads. You will be overseeing the work of multiple engineering and construction firms, as well as dealing with the client and all vendors/suppliers.
