- Make sure the people who you are listing in charge know they will be helping you with your project. Do not just assume they will help you.
- List your activities. It can be making a pamphlet, taking a picture, creating the first chapter in a workbook, having items printed, or going to the store and buying binders.
- Try to estimate cost and make sure to stay within your budget. If services or items are donated, please write that. There does not have to be cost associated with your project.
- Make sure you write how much time you estimate the activity will take.
- In the phases section, make sure you add the implementation of your project.
- Remember this is a proposal and you must complete your project in the last semester of the RN-BSN program. This template is to help you plan your time, so you do not wait until the last minute to complete everything. If you wait until the last minute there will be no way to complete your project on time, which will cause you to fail the course.
