1-paragraph project proposal for engineering class.

We have a project at the shop that each group from 3 students will have to design something under the cabinet to make it easy to move: like pallet. Because the cabinet has a lot of stuff inside it such as welding and grinding materials, so it’s heavy. Also, we want in the end of semester to clean up the shop so the pallet will make it easy to clean under the cabinet or if we want to move the cabinet.

what I want you to do is: 

1- identify and broadly define the problem 

2- Define the constraints/boundaries of the problem such as physical, legal, safety, design stranded/codes, sustainability, health, ethics 

I don’t want solutions just include the constraints and criteria and make it clear and understandable
