Your final project is to be done in two parts and you will have until April 17 to complete them.

Final Project First Part: In OUTLINE form, present a general plan as Health Care Organization administrator to change the culture of the organization to become culturally competent. Including:

     1. What it is that you understand a culturally competent health care organization to be?

     2. Where the organization falls short of cultural competence?

     3. What steps will you take to change the culture?

Final Project Second Part: Write a 3-4 page paper detailing item #3 above (3. What steps will you take to change the culture?) in proper APA format providing documentation for each of the steps you will take.
