I have an onilne bookshop project and I have to do these:

 Project Planning: 

1.Assume at least 4 tasks / modules

2.Prepare “Project Scheduling” of your system modules with appropriate tasks, effort, duration and dependencies.  

3.Prepare a neat “Activity bar chart” of your system   modules. 

4.Prepare a “Staff allocation chart” of your system modules. 

5. Did you think about eventual   changes? 

How do you resolve them if they happen ?  

6. What is the method you applied for “Requirements Discovery” of your system. Justify
