Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities

 Are printed materials necessarily the best way to ensure that the stakeholders are educated, Carlos?  I’m just thinking about all of us who have that stack of papers somewhere in our offices that is the, “I need to read this when I have time” stack.  The reality is, for many that time is never found and the stack merely gets moved around until we get tired of it, when it gets thrown away unread.

How can you incentivize the stakeholders to prioritize education?  

Can the educational materials be offered in different ways?
