Nearly all of Alice's projects are completed on time and within budget and deliver their expected benefits, whereas many of Bob's projects are late, over budget, and fail to fully satisfy their users. What factors are likely to be responsible for these differences? List and explain at least three factors that are likely to account for the differences in Alice's and Bob's success rates.
