Project Management Processes- Activity 6

Develop an appropriate three-level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for any IT software development project of your choice. 

Use about half to full page to provide a description of the project and a rationale on the activities you selected, and use a second full page to provide the visual WBS in an organizational chart format. 

The first part should be in narrative form and should be as thorough as possible. Bullet points may be used as needed. The paper should be 1.5 - 2 pages in length, and the narrative section should be Times New Roman 12-pt font, double-spaced, 1 inch margins and utilizing at least one outside scholarly or professional source related to project management. The textbook should also be utilized. Do not insert excess line spacing. APA formatting and citation should be used.
